I Have been using the services of Damon, as a Personal Trainer for 12 months.
It has been a journey for me, and Damon has been a great support.
I first came to Damon at one of my lowest times of health and didn't feel great about myself in any way. And after the initial Health Assessment, the readings were quite dire, I found myself very upset. And I won't forget what Damon said, "Well, it will never be this bad again....." His gentle nature has supported and enabled me to work up to a much greater level of fitness, self-awareness, and health. There has never been criticism, only encouragement.
In addition, his knowledge of foods, minerals, and herbs that will provide for optimal health. Have proven to be of enormous value and most beneficial to me.
I have been very pleased to have had Damon work with me in my home, and I am all the better for it.

I was an overweight and middle-aged butcher, who spends time between two countries {New Zealand and the United Kingdom}. And as such, maintaining a consistent training regime can be challenging.
Over the past few years, I've had several different trainers working with me on improving my fitness. And although I consider that they have all been beneficial to my improved health. My current trainer, Damon Baragwanath has created and established, a much greater understanding within myself. Thus, my training has become far more fulfilling and rewarding than I ever thought was possible.
Damon has been instrumental in creating change and awareness across three key areas;
1. As and educator and trainer. And in his ability to communicate and facilitate awareness and understanding in health and well-being.
2. Through his awareness and understanding of the human bodies needs. Such as water, the importance of hydration and detoxification.
3. His ability to create varied, stimulating and effective training programs and routines. Thus raising my expectations and desire to achieve more.
His knowledge and understanding of health and well-being were of the highest level. And therefore able to create a series of positive and achievable objectives, that, were although a challenge, were still attainable. During the initial consultation and subsequent consultations, he covered all areas of health. From diet and detox to hydration, {cutting back on coffee} sleep patterns, stress, cardiovascular fitness, endurance, strength, flexibility, balance, and core strength.
I have suffered from chronic constipation for most of my life and so a detox program was recommended to be undertaken as soon as possible. Although I found the prospect daunting {this was my first ever detox program}. Damon clearly understood the benefits and reassured me that it was safe and it would facilitate a more rapid outcome of optimal health. So, I decided to give it a go.
The detox was an important part of the equation and with Damons guidence was much easier and more beneficial than I had imagined. ANd I haven't looked back since. Going on to compete in several Half Marathons and Marathons.
