DaWayne Hollins
#1 Results – It works! Without question results from online personal training far exceed training on your own. It’s an incredible opportunity for someone who does not have access to a top level professional to get those same incredible results, all through online personal training.
#2 Value - Do the math, 3 months of online personal training workouts are the same price as 5 small group personal training sessions with me. That is just an amazing value! The same information, workouts and nutritional guidance that my in person clients receive. Having an online personal trainer provides you all of the benefits of working with a trainer with far less financial burden.
#3 Scheduling - You find a time that works with your schedule and you go train. This is perhaps one of the biggest perks to hiring an online personal trainer; you set your own schedule. There is no need to pull your hair out trying to coordinate a time that works for both you and your trainer and there is never any stress if you are running late or need to reschedule. You have the freedom to work out as late or early as you want. If something comes up and you have to alter your workout time, you can, no big deal!
#4 Access to a Highly Qualified Trainer - Unfortunately there are not always personal trainers available to you locally that have the same qualifications or expertise as cutting edge or industry leading trainers. They are simply out of reach unless you are able to find and hire one as an online personal trainer. The internet provides you access to these professionals that would normally be unavailable.
#5 Accountability - So far everything sounds good, but the big question still lurks… Who is going to hold me accountable? This is perhaps one of the biggest concerns with hiring an online personal trainer. People sometimes feel that they need someone in person there guiding them through each rep, of each set, of each exercise and to get on them to eat right.
Hollins Fitness constantly monitors your progress by having you send in weight, measurements and photographs at regular intervals so that your progress can be tracked and evaluated. Your meal log will be reviewed weekly to continuously customize and refine your plan for maximum results. Your workouts are reviewed and changed every four weeks. This evaluation process is two-fold, as it also allows Hollins Fitness to evaluate the effectiveness of the training program and make the necessary adjustments to maximize your results.
#6 Communication - Working with an online trainer, you are able to ask questions via email. You will get a reply within 24 business hours. Additionally, there is valuable pertinent information contained within the Hollins Fitness website and this can be accessed seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day.
