My name is Krisi, I am a fully qualified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer and have run my own business KrisFit for over two years now.
My KrisFit classes vary from bootcamp, kettlebells, dumbbells, step class to Strong Nation and many more.
Classes are all outdoors or via Zoom!
For Personal Training, I specialise in home workouts, using either just bodyweight exercises or utilising that equipment you may be using as a clothes horse or door stop recently! I aim to make fitness accessible to everyone!

"I have previously gone to many slimming classes, getting to target by changing food habits. Eating as much of one thing and not another. I thought it was amazing as the scales went down but then in reality when I ate normal again it all went back on. The past year has been a journey for me after losing my mother in Oct 19 I decided that I needed to get healthy and fit. I had been doing krisfit classes which really helped my mood but I really started pushing myself and joined the group PTs. I’m discovering more things each day from how to exercise the right way and nutrition. Eating the foods I like and want but to loose the fat I need to be in a calorie deficit. Krisi is always there for help and advice and to give you a boost of encouragement when you need it. Trust me I have needed lots.
