I specialise in 1:1 personal training, online coaching, strength & conditioning, outdoor bootcamps, group fitness and tailored sessions for sports professionals, sporting events & fitness brands. I pride myself on helping women find genuine happiness in all aspects of their lives through the mental stimulation that my sessions bring.
When done correctly, fitness brings so much more to your lifestyle, mental health and overall happiness. My clients refer to my sessions as 'therapy'. Training goes much deeper than just having the perfect body. I focus on mental strength in addition to physical fitness, by helping clients overcome battles such as depression & anxiety, through movement & goal specific training.

In 2019 I launched ‘Fitnic London’ a fitness & picnic event for women, focusing on mindfulness, fitness, & building a community that creates a safe space to workout and socialise. This has grown over the last couple of years and is now a daily outdoor bootcamp, both in Wimbledon and online.
