Here's a short demo of the new calorie counter feature
This update makes it easier for your clients to stay consistent with their nutrition goals.
Clients can use the new calorie counter by either going in via their dashboard or schedule if you scheduled it for them, or using the logbook.
For this I just use the logbook and then calorie counter. First thing to bring your attention to is the chef's hat right here next to where it says calorie counter.
This is where your client's dishes will be housed and they can add dishes very, very easily for their tracking. So press on the chef's hat and you'll see that there's a dish there and, and they can create new dishes in here by pressing on the create new dish.
Clients can also create new dishes as they add their meals. So it's very simple to do to add any tracking, they just click on the plus button and they can select from the standard meals that we've got in or you can add your own by titling an entrance.
As you can see, I've added a couple of my own there previously. So for this I'll select lunch and you can select your size. So you got pieces, ounces, grams.
Every single food item will have its own options which will be suitable for that. For this I'll do peace and it will let you know underneath how many grams that is. Obviously with the other measurements gives you a good idea and the calories.
Then when you're happy with the sizing, just add. You can also add more items if you wish to Once again you've got the various different measures that you could take from it and add one cup.
Now from here, if you want to make your meal as a dish, you can just click on make as dish, name the dish and that is now added to your dishes menu for when you want to add it to another meal later and then save it as your meal. There you see that your lunch has now been tracked.
You can press on the add button to add another meal. And what I'll do is I'll add a snack and I'll use the dishes.
So you've got your dishes here. I'll choose banana and peanut butter. You can select the servings, how many you want, and then you can add if you want to double it, say two servings and add two servings and then save.
There it goes. You can add very, very simply when you've got your dishes set up. And it's obviously quite simple to add any other foods by pressing the add button. So very easy to use for your clients to add their meals very, very quickly and easily.
