To use the new food diary in PT Distinction, clients can access it via their dashboard, schedule, or logbook. If it’s on their dashboard, they can click there; otherwise, they go into the logbook and find the food diary.
Click the green Add button and choose either Food or Drinks. If they select Food, it’s very simple. The date is already set, they select the meal type, or they can add a custom meal type if needed. Then, they write down what they ate, optionally add a photo, and save the entry.
Just write it in, snap a photo, and save—an easy way for clients to log their meals.
For Drinks, they can either type them in or select drinks from a list. For example, if they’ve had a cup of coffee and a couple of glasses of water, they simply select those, press Done, and it’s saved.
Clients can edit entries by pressing the Edit icon or Add more drinks throughout the day, and it will update their total.
It’s a quick and easy way for clients to track their food and drinks. Their logs are automatically sent to the trainer’s Activity Feed and stored in the client’s Food Diary for easy access.
