In video number 3 we show the sneaky little set up tip that means bespoke nutrition and habit tracking can all be done in 1 second per client.
To set up daily habit tracking, first go into a client or group dashboard. I'm going to do this for a client.
For the video inside the dashboard, come down to the green add button. And then go to tracking,
Click on habit, and then you can name your habit. So I've called this one. Did you eat vegetables at every meal?
You can add a note to it if you wish to put a further explanation onto your habit.
Then click on save. Then it lets you schedule your habit. So select the date that you want it to start, the time you want your clients to track their habits.
So most likely that is in the evening. Then if you want it daily, repeat it every one days for as long as you want the habit.
Let's say you want to do this one for three weeks. Set three weeks and add to schedule.
This habit is now added to your client's schedule for the evening time every day for the next three weeks. So you can see that in here.
Close that down. And if you scroll down, you'll also be able to see it in their schedule in the evening time.
There's the habit. Did you eat vegetables at every meal? And your client can answer yes or no to that habit.
