This weeks feature spotlight looks at building training programs on your mobile phone using PT Distinctions personal trainer software.

The process is simple yet fast to create any type of program for your clients.

Whether you're in the gym, a park, or on the train home it's easy to coach clients and set up their programs on your mobile.

This video shows how it's done...

Quick video showing how to make a program on your mobile phone. So give it a name to start with. Come down.

You can add program notes and then you get to your first workout.

You can rename that if you wish to, or you can leave it named as Workout 1 and using the three dot menu next to it, you can work out notes in there as well.

Or you can move it, delete it and copy comes to the first section.

Once again, you can name that if you wish to, or leave it as it is. I'll just call it warm up for now. And then search for the exercises to add.

You can then put in the acute variables for that exercise if you wish to and search for your next exercise.

Again, put in any variables if you wish to. You can keep adding exercises to the section, or you can add a new section by pressing on add section.

Maybe that is your main workout, so you can name it whatever you like. And then once again search exercise, add in the variables and then search for your next exercise.

Once again add in the variables and keep going like that. If you wish to make a superset or circuit, just press on the circuit button select where you want it to go down to and build circuit and that will build that for you.

You can keep adding sections, keep adding exercises, and if you want to add another workout to your program, just press on Add workout and go through the process again.

When you're happy with your whole program, then just click on Save program and it will be saved.

If you want to see how programs look to your clients, how clients record their results and film their exercise technique, we looked at this in last weeks feature spotlight video.
