PTD Groups can help you massively improve your online training and save more time than you ever imagined possible.
We dive in to a few of the exciting time saving ideas PTD Groups open up in the coming weeks so check out this intro to get you started with one of the best time saving coaching tools in any software.
PTD groups are probably the most powerful time saving tool on any training software that you will find anywhere.
They allow you to create challenges, to create trials, to create packages that you sell online, and to offer group training. But far more than that, they save you huge amounts of time coaching any of your clients because, with the group system, you can copy any content and any schedules you like to as many clients as you like in one click. So, anything you set up in a group, you can send it to all the members of that group.
And you can do this as a group program so they all know they're. Part of the group. Or you can do this as a non group program so it simply copies the content to their personal account. To set up a group, come up.
To groups. And then when it brings you to the groups page, click on the green add button, give your group a name and click on add. Your group is now added, so click on ok. If you wish to go into the group dashboard and add clients and contents, just click on group dashboard.
Top left, you've got the name of the group, and then under that, you've got activity leaderboards. Schedule and setup activity is the activity of all of the members of your. Group and that gives you a rundown. Much like the dashboards and the client dashboard does.
Leaderboards allows you to set up leaderboards for all of the members of the group and you can see their results, you can see their habits and you can see any of their adherence and order it to display how well your clients are doing and compare their results to one another.
Scheduler allows you to schedule all the items in your group and setup is everything that you set up for the members in your group. To add content to the group, just click on the green, add an item button and you can choose from program assessment, coaching, tracking, formal questionnaire, or a scheduled event.
Clicking any of these allows you to choose from your templates or to create anything from scratch for your group. Up at the top you have notes that you can add to the group, view members which will let you see all the members of the group add members which lets you add members to the group, and a group message.
Center which allows you to set up. And preschedule any emails, any app messages or any text messages for the members of your group. There is also the more button that allows you to do a few extra things such as send login details to everyone in the group, edit the group details, put members active, put them inactive, and export email addresses.
When adding members to your group, you have a couple of options. So you can add all of your clients, you can add members from any. Other group, or you can add individual clients. That gives you good flexibility to have lots and lots of clients, share lots of information with those clients, or just separate a few clients.
For example, you could put all clients, add them, and then anything that you set up or schedule or send in this group will go out to all of your clients. So you can see the huge power of sharing items in a group. There's also a group chat option if. You wish to use it and have.
All your members able to interact with each other and know that they're part of a group program. To activate that, come over to the chat bubble, find your group and click on the symbol to activate the chat. If you wish to inactivate the chat so that your group members don't.
Know they're part of the group and. Don'T have the group conversation, just click it again and it turns it off. I'm sure you can start to see the huge potential that there is with PTD groups, and over the next few weeks we'll dig in some brilliant things and brilliant automations and time savers that you can do with these PTD groups.
