This week’s Feature Spotlight shows how to very simply activate, deactivate and create new group chats with your clients.

It's a great way to keep your clients motivated as they can easily communicate with you, and with each other, especially if they share similar goals.

This feature removes the need for switching between different platforms when contacting your clients. No need to look through text messages, WhatsApp’s, DM’s and Facebook messages just to speak to your clients! It's all in one place.

It also saves you time when you need to notify all of your clients, or just a few, at once.

Make your life easier with a 1-month free trial.

In this week's feature Spotlight, I want to show you how to set up group chats with any of your clients.

This is very flexible and very good feature to have inside your coaching if you run any groups at all.

For a group chat all you need to do is come down to the chat icon at the bottom, then come up to groups and you can filter for your group.

This will have all of the groups that you've got set up in PT Distinction.

All you need to do to set up a group chat for any of your groups is come over to here and click and that means group chat is now active.

You can have a chat with that particular group and all of the members in that group can all chat to each other as a part of a group chat like you'd find in something like WhatsApp.

To turn it off, just click again and it's off. As the system groups are already set up, it would be very easy if you just wanted to have a chat with all of your current active clients.

You come over to the all active clients group and turn on the group chat.

Then go into the chat and you start a chat with all of your clients so they can all chat together inside this thread.

Obviously if you don't want that, you just turn it off. If you want to set up a specific group for a chat, you can set up a new group by coming up to groups, clicking the green add button and set up your new group.

Click Add then lets you go into the dashboard. And I would take this option so that you can add the clients you want in your chat.

Once in the group, come up to the add clients icon and you can choose any of your clients or members from any other groups to put into your chat and add.

So you now got two members in your group and you can come over to the chat icon.

Either filter for groups where your group will come up or just search for your new group, then come over to the icon to turn on your group chat and click that.

Click on the chat to go in and chat with your new group. So as you can see, this is a really useful and very flexible feature where you can set up any group chats that you like between you and all of your clients.

So your clients can chat to each other.

You, you can chat to them and you've got full control over which groups have group chats and which clients have group chats and you can turn it on and off at any point you wish to. Thank you for watching.
