In this episode, we will show you your new client journey and smooth feedback using the PT Distinction personal trainer software.

Once you set up your client, they will get an email with links to your logins and to your apps and also with their login details.
So they can copy and paste their login details and they can click the links to the apps to go and log in and get started. When your client logs into the app, the first thing they see is their dashboard and they'll have anything that is scheduled for them on that day right there on the dashboard.
So if you want to make life really, really easy for your clients, schedule out their items and all they have to do is come in, look at their dashboard, click on the item they've got and they can view it and they can reschedule it or mark it as complete.
To view they just click on view and it will take them to their welcome document that explains everything for them. So this comes from the onboarding group that you added your clients to. Once they've gone through that, they can mark it as complete.
The instructions in the document also guide them through these tabs down at the bottom which will show them other things that are not scheduled for them. So to get them used to using the app, there's got the schedule there programs, we haven't made any for them yet.
Guides, there's the Introduction to Nutrition and the youe Journey Begins now and the logbook where they will find their forms which they've been guided to in your welcome document.
They can find their forms, they can click on any of their forms, read through and fill it in right there inside the app. This is the way with everything on PT Distinction, anything that you assign to your clients they can see and they can fill in from inside the app.
So it makes it really, really easy for everybody and everything is in one place. Once they do that, it goes back to you inside your dashboard and you can see what they've done and you can give them feedback and get going with the next stages.
I'll quickly show you now. So coming back into the coaches dashboard and I'll stay on mobile for the purpose of this video, what your client has now done, we'll go into their Activity feed.
You click on Activity feed, you'll see what they've done, you'll be able to have a look, make sure it's all right and then add a comment. You can also use voice notes and emojis if you wish to. That'll go straight back to your client.
From here once you've got all your forms back and everything else, you can go ahead and start making your clients programs and everything else. So it's all one smooth system where clients can talk to you, you can talk to them, you set up their coaching and they get it, and everything works perfectly together in one system.
