Hi there!
I'm Brooke, founder of Brooke Harper Tailored Fitness.
Apart from being passionate in health & fitness, I am a mum to my 18 month old daughter Elliott who certainly keeps me challenged but she's such a delight.
My love for fitness started about 7 years ago when I started training in cross fit style workouts and as my strength grew mentally and physically, I found myself in a regular fitness routine which has stuck with me to this day. I studied in the Fitness industry for 3 years and gained my qualifications in Personal Training earlier this year.
I believe for one to sustain an active & healthy lifestyle, realistic expectations and achievable measures need to be set. Small goals are more likely to be checked off and self satisfaction allows for larger goals to be made and positive outcomes in sight. It's now time for me to help you progress to a healthier, fitter YOU!
