In this short video we show you how to send an Instant Message to all of your active clients at the same time, with PT Distinction.
Not only can you send a message to all of your active clients at the same time but you can schedule it, set up a weekly or regular message, and schedule an automatic message when a new client joins.
It doesn’t just have to be a text message though, you can send video & images too!
This feature is a HUGE time-saver and allows you to easily communicate with all of your clients when ever you need to.
In this week's feature Spotlights, I want to very quickly show you how you can send out a message, an individual message, to all of your active clients at the same time.
To do that, find your all active clients group.
Click on the search, type in active clients. Click on the name to take you into the group.
Once inside the group, if you're on desktop, then you just click on the message center. If on mobile, click on the three dots and then go to message center. From inside the message center, it lets you choose from email, SMS or just an app message.
For this one we'll choose an app message. You can select whether it's for individual group members or it's for a group conversation.
You then got options to either send a regular message or to schedule it.
For this we will just send for individual group members and a regular message.
You can choose text message to send an image or a video and we will quickly do a text.
Once you've written your message, hit complete and it will send. That message is now sent to all of your clients as an individual message into their account. So very, very effective to easily communicate with all of your clients and very, very quick and easy to do.
